WHAT’S UP WITH THE “FREE WEEK” PROMO?

We know selecting a daycare is a big decision.  Will my child be safe?  How comfortable will they be with the staff, the facility, the routine?  Is this place really a good fit for us?  While we like to think the Ozone is a great place for every kid, we also realize that a parent won’t know that unless they actually try it.  So here’s our offer: Try our After School program for free for the first week - No risk, no cost to you. The only thing we’ll need from you is the completed registration form. If you and your child like it, then come on board. If not, you don’t lose anything.


*Please note, this is only good for our After School program and can’t be used during our Camp Weeks or our full day’s programs.

WHAT? NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR HALF-DAY OR FULL-DAY CARE ON SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?

That’s right. If you are enrolled as a full-time member in good standing, and have been for at least 1 month, we cover the extra hours at no charge to you. We understand how hard it is to budget your monthly expenses, and those surprises or extra charges can sometimes throw things out of whack. So unlike other places, which can charge up to $150 per week, our rate is always the same. See our pricing charts for rates if you’re a part-time member.

HOW DOES THE PART TIME PROGRAM WORK? DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR THE SAME DAYS EACH WEEK?

We realize that scheduling with this age group is a tricky thing. Many kids play sports for a season and then need something to do for the rest of the time. Others have practices or lessons one day a week, but are looking for coverage the other days. Being parents of this age group we understand and have tried to make our program flexible to meet these demands. Some examples include:


  • Sign your child up for a “regular” schedule such as every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or Monday

  • Thursday with Friday off.

  • Sign up for an ad-hoc schedule such as Monday and Wednesday this week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday the next (great for nurses or others with unpredictable schedules).

  • Use our drop-in slots which require you to simply let us know at least 1 day in advance and we’ll reserve a slot for you. This plan is ideal for stay at home parents who can use our club services as a special treat every so often or to cover when the unexpected comes up.


Please keep in mind that a limited number of slots are available and we may not be able to accommodate your child if you wait too long to sign up.

WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?

When you sign up, we’ll discuss the payment cycle you prefer. Some people like to pay monthly, others weekly or biweekly. We’ll set something up that fits your pay cycle. At the beginning of each month, we’ll send you a statement of your expected amount for the upcoming month (includes any balance forward as well as days expected for the month). This way you’ll know what you’re in for. Then, stick to your agreed upon pay schedule. It’s that easy.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD WHO WANTS TO GO, DO I GET A DISCOUNT?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for additional siblings in a regular scheduled program, after the first one enrolls (Sorry, add-on services remain the same).

THIS SOUNDS GREAT, HOW DO I SIGN UP?

To reserve a spot, just fill in the short form we have online. This let’s us know you’re coming and provides contact information for us. Then you’ll need to fill out the Application Form in its entirety and follow the instructions on the Application Instruction Page to get the forms to us (we’ll need these before your child can start here).
